The customer bears the direct cost of returning the item, unless the Seller has agreed to bear it.

The Customer is liable for the decrease in the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, unless the entrepreneur has not informed the Customer about the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the requirements of art. 12 para. 1 point 9 OPK, which however took place in point 7 of these Regulations.
